I live in cool, green southwest Washington State with my husband and cat named Salty, one of the beloved characters in my early reader series, My Very First Chapters.

   From a young age, my mother’s stories about traveling by train to Richland, Washington, with her family during World War Two captivated me. They were the seed for Atomic Secrets, and I took great delight in borrowing my family members as characters for the book. 

   I have written for the Upper Room and have been published in anthologies by Grace Publishing. Check out my blog called Stories of God in the Dark.
